In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. I take hold of this statement. Many people believe in evolution or the big bang theory. Contrary to what most people would assume, I do not totally disbelieve these theories. The Bible doesn't tell how God created the heavens and the earth. Since it doesn't tell us how he created it, then i would conclude that it really doesn't matter. I have a hard time believing that people can believe there is no God. I think most people are afraid of God, because he is more powerful than us. God gave us this earth to use however we wish. Since we have become dominant over this, manythink we are over everything. The idea of God being over us is too overwhelming for some to grasp. Personally, I am very glad that God is over us, because if we were ultimately in control, this would not be a cool place to be.
